I am curious by nature and love bringing value into people´s life. I have solid experience within business development and sales leadership - bringing healthy turnover and great value. I have a positive attitude and choose to see opportunities. 

Business development is my passion. My focus is to create partnership and success for all involved. I am curious about the customers´ world and believe that is the way to develop business. Selling is about making a positive difference. I believe we need to convince - not persuade our customers.

My broad sales experience has taken me into the world of SaaS, AI, business intelligence, aviation, research and packaging, which has given me great knowledge of consumer demands, needs and behavior across industries and countries.

My expertise covers strategic planning, customer identification (BANT), sales training, and leadership development. Whether it’s eliminating purchase barriers, improving sales conversations, or crafting a strong value proposition, I provide the tools and insights businesses need to succeed.

Through customer focus and value based leadership I encourage innovation. A big part of business development is being innovative in every part of the organization. To create an innovative environment I articulate vision and the difference we want to make rather than focus on number based targets. I facilitate innovative actions by avoiding micromanagement and cultivating independent thinking within the organizational frame.

I believe in a hands-on approach - offering tailored coaching, interim management, and workshops designed to address your business challenges. My goal is to equip professionals with the knowledge and confidence to drive meaningful results.

I have a master´s degree in strategy, organization and leadership from Copenhagen Business School and am educated in coaching management and mentorship.

I live in a city house in Roskilde, Denmark with my husband, our son and daughter, and our Beagle Ozzy. Nearby I have my western horse. My life is full of surprises, and I love it!
